Login Problems?

If you can't remember your password, try our forgotten password email function. Your password will be emailed to the email address you registered with.

If your password is correct and you still can't log in, check for the following:

• Make sure you are logging in via the correct page. Students should log in through the "Student Log In Page." Grown-Ups should log in via the "Grown Ups" page.
  
  
• Check that you are using the same email address that you registered with.
  
  
• Check that cookies are enabled in your browser. Try this simple test to determine if cookies are working:

  Go to http://www.sacregioncommuterclub.org/cookie.asp

  Click the "Test" link.

  The resulting page will indicate "Cookies are enabled" or "Cookies are disabled."

• Try clearing your cookies, which may have become corrupt. This web site contains helpful information on how to do this.
